In-Person Events

Monthly Constellation Circles take place at Ravensong Dome in Cumberland.

You can come to one, any, or all events, and you register by sending me an email or message.

You pay be etransfer or with cash on the day of the event.

March 29 10am - 4pm, $100

April 9, 6 - 8pm, $20

April 19, 10am - 4pm, $100

You do not need to have any Constellation knowledge or experience.

The dome is heated by a wood stove in the winter, so the temperature is variable - could be hot or chilly depending on the day. Dress in layers and in comfortable clothing (think yoga pants.)

Bring anything you’d like to help you be comfortable sitting on the floor. The dome does have some yoga mats and pillows and blankets. Bring a water bottle.

Constellation work explores how we are shaped by the family, land, and histories that we come from, and how that shaping may be keeping us from having the full flow of life energy and love that is our human inheritance.

It’s like looking at a river from a bird’s eye view - we can see how the river was shaped, rather than focusing only on the water that’s flowing. We can see the way the history of your life shaped the riverbed that brings the flow of life and love to and through you now.

We slow down, we name what hasn’t been named, and include what’s been excluded. Sometimes these things are people from our past, or secrets our family has hidden, or the acknowledgement needed of displacement from the land, or rejection from family or religious systems. We use group participants or objects to represent these elements, and these representatives reveal insights through their sensations, emotions, and subtle movements. As the client, your own sensations, emotions, and subtle movements towards what is being represented in your constellation are what guide me as the facilitator. We stay close to the truth of what really happened, what’s really going on, by deeply listening to what is happening in your body.

As the constellation takes shape, it may reveal you are carrying something on behalf of others, or the past. Previously unseen patterns of loyalty, unresolved relationships, or unfinished business become visible.

It’s powerful to stand in a room where you can visually see these aspects of your life represented in 3D - whether with people or objects. The relational field supports us as we see what has been hidden, and as the facilitator, I offer you possible movements, healing sentences, or images that shift the dynamic that has been limiting you. The right order of the flow of life energy and love begin to be restored.
